Our Approach
Based on the client’s requirement we had to redesign the portal, without completely diverting from their current UI. To understand the subject matter, we had in detail discussions with the client and did some research online. Our main approach was to keep the user’s needs in mind and make designs that had a minimum learning curve, and consolidate the information in a such a way that users can view the information up front with minimum scrolling, and give the feedback without any difficulties.
