About the Client
Success4 is centralizes data from all customer interactions and data sources, monitors health and product usage, and predicts customer behavior so that the customer success teams can proactively engage with their customers in the most meaningful way.

Problem Statement
Since Success4 has evolved, it wanted to evolve their brand as well. After getting rebranded, Success4 wanted us to redesign the app and added new features to their application according to their new brand guidelines.
Users
Users of Success4 are Small and medium-scale business managers.
Our Approach
Based on the client’s requirement we had to redesign the portal the new brand guidelines we had to give an entirely new look and feel, and also introduce new features to the app. So, Keeping the Success4 users in mind we had to make sure that how to user handle friendly this app. Then we moved on to wireframing with regular feed back from the client. As the visual look of the product needed to feel consistent with Success4’s other products, a lot of design elements such as color palette, typeface, and button styles were used from an existing Success4 design library and added some new design elements such as data visualization, form fields, etc. were customized for success4.
