As a medical home, Concord Children’s Clinic is dedicated to providing the best team based care. Their team of physicians, nurse practitioners and practice staff work together to ensure that your child’s needs are a priority. They provide the highest level of care in a compassionate environment. They will take care of your child’s health from the time they are born through adolescence.
Problem Statement
Concord had their own website before and it was too difficult for the users to understand. It was difficult for the parents to view and fill the patient’s form.
Users
Concord’s users are parents who want a medical care for their child’s health since the time they were born through adolescence.
Our Approach
Based on the Client’s requirement we had to redesign their entire website. So, keeping in mind what problems it created for the user, we went for a design that was simple. We had to make sure that there was a minimum learning curve, easy to navigate and users can view, fill and download the forms as per their requirement.
